Cucumber and soba noodles soup
The buckwheat seeds should be soaked in water overnight the day before
Cut the peeled cucumber into pieces the same size as the buckwheat
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the seasonings. When the aroma comes out, add the sake and Chinese soup
Bring the soup to a boil, then add the buckwheat. Season with salt and sugar and add the cucumber
Once the soup is boiling, add the aromatic oil and finish by sprinkling on some black pepper
