Cucumber and soba noodles soup

The soba fruits are soaked in water overnight the day before and then returned.

Cut the peeled cucumbers into the same size as the soba berries.

Fry the condiments in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil. Once the scent is starting to lighten, add the sake and Chinese soup.

Once the Chinese soup is brought to a boil, add the soba berries. Season with salt and sugar and add the cucumbers.

Once the soup is boiling, pour in the balm oil and sprinkle with black pepper to finish off.
