Soy milk almond tofu

By combining milk and soy milk, the richness and sweetness of the milk will result in a deep almond tofu. Also, when crushing almond fruits using a blender, be careful not to break too much.

How to make it

Pour almonds and 200cc of water into a blender (just enough that the fruit will break a little)

Mix the ingredients [1] and <A] in a pot.

Heat over low heat to prevent it from boiling.

Once the granulated sugar and gelatin have dissolved, remove the almond fruit with a colander and pour it into a bowl.

Cool in the fridge until it hardens and finish. Serve with mint if you like.
