Shrimp mayonnaise tossed with absolutely no failure

Drain the pre-treated shrimp thoroughly and sprinkle potato starch on the belly. Cook with the shell inside.

Fry the shrimp in fried oil at 190°C until cooked.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

Add the fried shrimp in oil to the sauce and mix well.

Place thinly sliced lemons on a plate.

Place the shrimp on top of the lemon and it's done.
