Stir-fried bitter melon with minced meat
Prepare meat stuffing seeds (see separate recipe).
Half the bitter melon, remove the cotton inside, and slice it into thin slices about 1-2 mm thick. Shake with salt and rub it, and when moisture comes out, rinse the salt off with running water and wipe off the water with kitchen paper.
Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat, add the meat stuffing seeds and stir fry while loosening with a spatula.
Add the seasonings from [A] and when it's boiling, add the bitter melon and fry it further.
To finish off, pour in sesame oil and remove from the heat.
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
