Chinese-style chestnut sardine
This dish goes great with coconut milk and chestnuts. If you like sweetness, add a small amount of salt instead of sugar, and the contrasting effect will add richness and sweetness, so be sure to try it out.
How to make it

Mix milk, coconut milk, sugar and honey in a pot.

Add the peeled chestnuts and simmer the chestnuts over medium heat.

Once the chestnuts are soft, stir them with a mixer.
