Stewed beef simmered rice with cucumber

This is an adaptation of beef simmered in soy sauce. If you season it with a strong flavor, it will become a delicious dish just by topping it on rice, vegetables, or other ingredients

How to make it

Prepare the beef stew (see separate recipe)

Place an appropriate amount of rice into a bowl using a ring mold to form a cylinder

Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon dipped in the beef simmered sauce, then place the beef simmered sauce on top

Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin strips. Transfer to a bowl and mix with salt, sesame oil, and vinegar

Garnish the rice with the cucumber (4) and it's done
