Stewed beef simmered rice with cucumber

Prepare stewed beef shigure (see separate recipe).

Apply an appropriate amount of rice in a container so that it becomes a cylindrical shape using sercules.

Strain the surface with the back of a spoon covered in a sauce made from stewed beef simmered, and place the stewed beef simmered on top.

Peel the cucumbers and shred them. Transfer to a bowl and mix with salt, sesame oil and vinegar.

Serve the cucumbers from [4] around the rice and finish.
