Salted salmon and this clay pot rice

Put the rice, water and butter that have been soaked for about 30 minutes in a clay pot and cook it.
Place a frying pan with salad oil over medium heat and grill the salted salmon through the skin. Turn it over halfway through and remove it into a bowl when both sides are cooked.

In another frying pan, add the sliced shiitake mushrooms, shredded maitake mushrooms, and butter, and fry them to give them a aroma.

Add the shredded raw corn and stir fry. Add soy sauce, Chinese soup and pepper to taste.

Add grilled salted salmon and [4] to freshly cooked rice and it's finished.
