Octopus fried rice

Spread the beaten eggs in a frying pan heated with salad oil over medium heat and quickly add the rice.

Before the eggs have hardened, use the back of the ladle to beat the rice and eggs to make them even. Add the octopus puree and the coarsely chopped boiled octopus.

Add red vinegar, soy sauce and salt to season.

When the fragrant aroma of soy sauce is revealed, sprinkle with clams and finish.
