Octopus fried rice

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour the beaten eggs all at once, and quickly add the rice
Before the eggs set, use the back of a ladle to beat the rice and eggs until they are evenly mixed. Add the octopus puree and roughly chopped boiled octopus
Add red vinegar, soy sauce and salt to taste
Once the fragrant aroma of soy sauce is released, sprinkle with chives and it's done
