How to make it

Peel the new onion, cut off the head and roots, and slice it into 2 equal parts sideways.

Heat the frying pan, add oil to it, grill the onions, and lightly brown them. On the way, pour a little oil over it for about 5 minutes and cook it well.

Transfer the onions to a deep bowl, add the Chinese soup to soak, place in a steamer and steam for about 20-30 minutes.

Make crab meat and bean paste.
Heat the frying pan and add the scallion oil, soy sauce and crab meat.

Add Shaoxing wine and Chinese soup and bring to a boil, then add salt, pepper and sugar while watching the flavor.

Add water-soluble potato starch to thicken it. Once it's thick, turn off the heat and slowly stir in the well-beated egg whites.

Place the onions from [3] in a bowl and pour the crab meat and bean paste from [6] over the top. Topped with kinome buds if desired and complete.
