Udzu seaweed tsukudani
This is a salad made from seaweed tsukudani as the base of the seasoning. This menu is time-saving and is recommended for adding something to your menu.
How to make it

Cut the udon into sticks that are about 3-4cm long and 5mm wide, and soak in vinegared water.

Drain and transfer to a bowl.

Add the seasonings [A] to the bowl and mix.

Serve in a bowl and topped with nori tsukudani and poppy seeds if you like.
