Basic miso soup
If tofu is difficult to obtain, konyaku tofu is also OK. The key to making the most of miso is not to boil.
How to make it

Put water and dashi stock in a pot and boil.

Once it reaches a boil, add the diced tofu and simmer for 1 minute.

Add the wakame and bring to a boil again, then turn off the heat.

Mix in the miso, then pour in a bowl and sprinkle the green onions.
