Butterbur and Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki
Thinly slice the lotus root
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the lotus root (1)
Once the lotus root has softened, add the diagonally sliced butterbur and beef and stir fry
Once the beef is cooked through, season with sugar and Happomibijin
To finish, add some dark soy sauce and sprinkle with pink pepper
