Fuki and Japanese beef sukiyaki

Slice lotus root into thin slices.

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the lotus root from [1].

Once the lotus roots are starting to soften, add the diagonal chopped simmer and beef and stir-fry.

Once the beef is cooked, season it with sugar and a beautiful bean paste.

To finish off, pour in some dark soy sauce and sprinkle with pink pepper and you're done.
