Fried chicken

Remove the fat from the chicken and cut the strands into large bite-sized pieces.
Pour soy sauce, sugar, ginger and beaten eggs into the chicken.
Sprinkle flour on the chicken and blend in and leave for about 10 minutes.
Lightly sprinkle with potato starch and fry on both sides in oil at 170°C.
Finally, increase the oil temperature and finish the surface with a crisp finish.
