Chikuwa's butter-grilled wasabi flavor

Divide the chikuwa into 4 vertically.

Heat 1 tablespoon of thick white sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the chikuwa from [1] to this and bake.

Add unsalted butter to the oil spread throughout the chikuwa. Once the scent is incredible, add the alphabet and fry it to remove any moisture.

Once the soup is thick, serve it on a plate and add wasabi to finish.
