Tonkatsu

Cut the pork and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
Apply the batter in the order of cake flour → beaten egg → breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil to 170°C and gently add the meat and start frying.
Keep the garment in place for about 20 seconds and turn it over.
Fry for about 4 minutes in total and then pull it up once it's golden brown.
Cut it easily and serve with cabbage or something similar.
