Tonkatsu
Trim the pork and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides
Coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in that order
Heat oil to 170°C and gently add the meat and begin frying
Leave it for about 20 seconds without moving it to let the batter harden, then flip it over
Fry for a total of about 4 minutes, and remove from the frying pan when golden brown
Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with cabbage
