How to make it

Toss mirin and soy sauce together and soy sauce in it for about 5 minutes.

Lightly wipe off the water from the pickled salmon, sandwich it with Saikyo miso, and soak it overnight.

Bake the pickled saura in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes. (It's best to take it out just before it's cooked, apply an appropriate amount of mirin, and bake it again.)
