The key is to add the miso and then fry thoroughly until it becomes a paste. It is recommended to use it to season other dishes, or to eat it as is with raw vegetables.

How to make it

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into appropriate sizes.

Add the tomatoes to a frying pan and fry over high heat. Add the miso and fry slowly for about 15 minutes while crushing the tomatoes.

Once it's pasty, add sugar and let the whole thing blend. Remove from the heat and serve in a bowl to complete.
