Tomato miso
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces
Put the tomatoes in a frying pan and fry over high heat. Add the miso and sauté slowly for about 15 minutes, crushing the tomatoes as you go
Once it becomes a paste, add the sugar and mix well. Remove from the heat and serve in a serving dish
