Clam and rape blossom bowl
Put 2 cups of dashi and 2 clams in a pot, turn on the heat, and cover with aluminum foil
Once the clams have opened, remove them from the pot, remove the meat and cut them into thirds
Add soy sauce to the remaining soup in the pot, mix, add the raw rape blossoms and boil briefly (about 30 seconds)
Place the sliced clams and rape blossoms in a bowl, pour in the dashi stock from [3], and top with kinome leaves to complete
