Fuki leaves stewed in plum
This is an easy-to-make dish with the aroma and bittersweetness that goes well with alcoholic snacks or as a side dish for rice. Since it uses pickled plums, it is also recommended to prevent summer fatigue during hot seasons.
How to make it
1
Finely chop the pre-treated fuki leaves and pickled plums.
2
In a frying pan, combine the chopped omelet leaves, pickled plums, and the seasonings from (A) and stir-fry.
3
Fry [2] over high heat and then finish when the water has disappeared.
