How to make it

Wash the spinach and prepare salted water

Boil the stems for 30 seconds and the leaves for 30 seconds, then place in cold water

Squeeze out the water and cut into 4cm pieces

Grind the white sesame seeds and mix with the sugar and soy sauce

Add the spinach and toss quickly to finish
