Spinach with sesame

Wash the spinach and prepare some salted water.
Boil the stems for 30 seconds first and the leaves for 30 seconds and then take them in cold water.
Squeeze the water and cut it into 4cm wide pieces.
Rinse the white sesame seeds and mix the sugar and soy sauce.
Add the spinach and mix quickly and you're done.
