Asparagus wrapped in meat

Cut off the hard part of the asparagus and peel off the skin of the shaft.

Roll the pork belly as carefully as possible into asparagus.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper for preparation. The trick to taste is to shake the pepper strongly.

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan, and when it's smoked, line up the asparagus and cook it by rolling it. Once it's golden brown, discard the oil from the frying pan.
Add white wine and balsamic vinegar, stir-fry until combined, then pour in lemon juice. Finish with soy sauce.
