Black vinegar pieko

Soak the pork loin in a bowl overnight in a pickled sauce made from all the seasonings of <A> mixed together.

After marinating overnight, remove the pork and add 1.5 tablespoons of flour to make a batter.

Stir in the batter of [2] with the pork loin that you just took out. Cut the streaks with scissors and fry them in deep-fried oil until golden brown.

Heat the combined seasonings of <B> in a frying pan, and stir-fry the fried pork while tangled to remove any moisture.

Once it's thickened, thinly sliced lemons are served on a spread-out dish and it's done.
