Marinate the pork loin overnight in the marinade made by mixing all the seasonings in (A) in a bowl
After marinating overnight, remove the pork and add 1.5 tablespoons of flour to coat it
Dip the pork loin meat into the batter from step (2). Cut the tendons with scissors and deep fry in oil until golden brown
Heat the combined seasonings (B) in a frying pan and stir-fry the fried pork, mixing to evaporate the moisture
Once it has thickened, serve it on a plate topped with thinly sliced lemons
