Bolito Mist Parse Sauce
Bolito Mist is a local dish from Piedmont, Italy, where various meats are boiled together. In Japan, I guess it would be "Italian meat oden." Prepare beef, chicken, pork, bacon and sausages to your liking, and slowly simmer carrots, celery, onions, garlic, potatoes, etc. in plenty of water. Mustard and parsley sauce are essential when eating this dish. It's so delicious that it makes your cheeks loosen.
How to make it
