Fried oysters

Chop the carrots and shiso leaves into shredded leaves, and slice the onions into thin slices at right angles to the fibers and soak them in water. Chop the cabbage into shredded pieces.

Wash the oysters under running water, remove any slime and wipe off the water thoroughly.

Sprinkle salt and pepper all over, then sprinkle with flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs in the order.

Heat the oil to 180 degrees, fry the battered oysters for about 2 and a half minutes and remove.

Place the vegetables that have been exposed to water, cabbage and oysters on a plate. Mix [A] to make a sauce, pour it all over and it's finished.
