Tomato and bean paste salad
For mozzarella, we recommend buffala (mozzarella cheese made from buffalo milk).
How to make it

Cut fruit tomatoes into combs, beans and black olives in half. Cut the basil into thick shredded slices and the mozzarella into 2cm cubes.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place on a plate.
