Watermelon jelly
Cut the watermelon into 1cm cubes
Peel the Delaware and reserve for garnish
Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water
Put A into a pot and heat. Once the granulated sugar has dissolved, add the lemon juice and drained [3] and boil until dissolved
Transfer [3] to a bowl and place over ice water to cool until thickened
Pour [1], [2], and [5] into a container and chill to harden
Once set, garnish with mint and Delaware leaves
