Watermelon jelly

Cut the watermelon into 1cm cubes.

Peel the Delaware and save it for decoration.

Soak the gelatin plate in ice water.
Put A in a pot and heat it, then once the granulated sugar has dissolved, add lemon juice and drained [3] and simmer and dissolve.

Transfer [3] to a bowl, pour it on ice water, and cool until it thickens.

Pour [1], [2] and [5] into a dish and cool and harden.

Once it's hardened, decorate with mint and Delaware.
