Soy milk cheese

Mix all the ingredients in <A> in a pot.

Heat over medium heat and knead slowly to avoid any mischief.

Once the thickening begins to come out, pour it into a plastic wrap-on batter and cool in the fridge until it hardens.

Once [3] has solidified, cut it into rectangular shapes and sprinkle it with a small amount of flour.

Fry in hot frying oil until the surface is crispy and golden brown and it's finished. Sprinkle with soy sauce if you like.
