How to make it

Cut the chives into 2cm lengths, the carrots into half moons, and the cabbage into large pieces. Break up the shimeji mushrooms with your hands

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the chopped cabbage, carrots and shiitake mushrooms and fry over high heat

Once the vegetables have softened slightly, add the chopped chives. Mix thoroughly, then reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Be careful not to stir too much

Finally, add salt and sesame oil to add flavor, then mix quickly and it's done
