Stir-fried vegetables

By slowly cooking it over low heat, you can bring out the natural sweetness of the vegetables. Fry it in olive oil and finish off with sesame oil to create a rich flavor.

How to make it

Chop the chives 2cm long, cut the carrots into half a month, and cut the cabbage into small pieces. Loosen the shimeji with your hands.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the cut cabbage, carrots and shiitake mushrooms and fry over high heat.

Once the vegetables are light and soft, add the chopped chives. Mix the whole thing roughly, then turn it low and cook slowly for 15 minutes. Don't mix too much.

Finally, add salt and sesame oil to add aroma, mix quickly and you're done.
