How to make it

Finely chop the prunes and mix them with white miso, then rub this mixture over the beef and let it sit overnight

After letting it sit overnight, add no oil to a frying pan and cook the beef for 1 minute on each side over low to medium heat

Add the sake, cover with aluminum foil, turn off the heat, and let it rest for about 10 minutes

Remove to a cutting board, slice thinly, and arrange on a plate. Finish by garnishing with prunes and lettuce
