How to make it

Finely chopped prunes and mix with white miso, sprinkle on the beef and let it sit overnight.

After resting overnight, do not pour oil into a frying pan, grill both sides of the beef for 1 minute at a time over low to medium heat.

Add the sake and cover with aluminum foil, turn off the heat, and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

Remove on a cutting board, slice thinly, and arrange on a plate. Finish with prunes and lettuce.
