Beef pickled in miso

After dipping the beef in [A], soak it in Saikyo miso overnight.

Grill the beef overnight in a frying pan without oil. (It burns easily, so keep it low.) Once the entire surface is cooked, turn off the heat, cover with aluminum foil, and leave for about 10 minutes.

Shredded lettuce, soak it in water for a few minutes to wipe off any water and place it on a plate. On top of that, arrange sliced beef and complete.
