Beef pickled in miso
Quickly dip the beef in [A], then marinate it in Nishiki miso overnight
Grill the beef that has been marinated overnight in a frying pan without oil (use low heat as it burns easily). Once the entire surface is grilled, turn off the heat, cover with aluminum foil, and leave for about 10 minutes
Shred the lettuce, soak it in water for a few minutes, wipe off the water thoroughly, and place it on a plate. Arrange the sliced beef on top and it's done
