Fried scallops in parsley batter

Chop the parsley finely.

Make the basic batter, add the chopped parsley and mix.

Sprinkle the entire scallops with cake flour, dip them into the batter you made, and fry them in frying oil heated to 170 degrees for about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle some salt while it's hot and serve it on a plate and it's finished.
