Pumpkin tempura

Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut into slices about 5mm thick
Place the pumpkin in a bowl and sprinkle the flour all over
Coat with the basic batter and fry in oil heated to 170°C for 2-3 minutes
Once the tempura is golden brown, remove it onto a wire rack, place it on a plate, and add salt or tempura sauce to taste
