Pumpkin tempura

Remove the seeds of the pumpkin and cut it into 5mm thick pieces.

Put the pumpkin in a bowl and sprinkle the flour all over.

Put on the basic batter, place in oil heated to 170°C and fry for about 2-3 minutes.

Once the fried chicken is in the right amount, remove it onto a net. Serve on a plate and pour salt or tempura soup if you like.
