Add grated yam to 175°C oil with a spoon. 100g makes about 3 pieces. Fry for 1-2 minutes

Once lightly browned, remove from the oil and place on a wire rack to drain

Place in a bowl, top with grated daikon radish and pour over A. Sprinkle with peppercorns to taste
