Plum roasted seaweed rolls

By frying it in a frying pan, the seaweed blends well with the rice and the aroma of the seaweed comes out. We also recommend pouring hot tea over it and eating it as ochazuke (rice with tea)

How to make it

Mix rice and seasonings (A) in a bowl

Place the roasted seaweed on the rolling mat and place the rice (1) on the front side to match the length of the seaweed

Carefully roll it up with a rolling mat and cut it into bite-sized pieces

Heat a frying pan without anything on it and cook until browned. When you can smell the fragrant aroma of the seaweed, it's done
