Chicken wings cooked rice
Soak the rice for about 30 minutes, then drain in a colander. Shred the burdock root and soak it in water to remove the bitterness
Brown the chicken wings in a frying pan
Put the soaked rice, drained shredded burdock root, chicken wings, and [A] into a rice cooker and cook
Once cooked, remove the chicken wings, remove them from the bones, and mix with Happo Mibijin
Mix the chicken wings and shredded fresh ginger from [4] into the rice, then serve in a bowl
