Chicken wings cooked rice

Soak the rice for about 30 minutes, then pour it into a colander and drain it. The burdock is cooked in a sardine and soaked in water to remove any bitterness.

Bake the chicken wings in a frying pan.

In a rice cooker, add the soaked rice, drained crust, chicken wings, and [A] and cook rice.

Once cooked, remove the chicken wings and mix them with a side-beauty flesh that has been peeled off from the bones.

Mix the chicken wings from [4] with shredded new ginger into the rice and serve in a bowl to complete the meal.
