Grilled silver cod maple syrup
Thinly slice the burdock root diagonally, soak in water for about 10 minutes, and drain
Combine the seasonings (A) in a bowl and marinate the silver cod for about 15 minutes
Add [1] and [2] to a frying pan and heat
Cover with aluminum foil and simmer over medium heat
Once the soup has thickened, turn the heat to high and evaporate the water. Finish by garnishing with shredded green onions and kinome (leaf buds)
