Grilled silver cod maple syrup

Cut the burdock into thin strips at a diagonal point and let it drain for about 10 minutes.

Combine the seasoning from [A] in a bowl and soak the silver cod for about 15 minutes.

Add [1] and [2] to a frying pan and heat it.

Cover with aluminum foil and simmer over medium heat.

Once the juice becomes thick, heat up and remove the moisture. Finish with grey-haired green onions and kinome buds and it's finished.
