Steamed oysters in sake
Insert a knife into the oyster shell, open it and remove the meat.
Wash the meat and shell thoroughly under running water and remove the water.
Return the oyster meat to the shell, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sake over the entire surface, and place in a steamer. After steaming for 2 minutes, add finely chopped parsley stalks and steam for another minute
Serve on a plate and garnish with lemon
