Canned Mackerel and Corn Salad

How to make it

Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl, add the mayonnaise and mix

Add salt, peppercorns, boiled mackerel, and drained canned corn, and mix well with a rubber spatula

Boil the lettuce, drain, and remove the core. Place two leaves of lettuce on top of each other, then place about 40g of [2] on top and wrap like a cabbage roll

Cut into 4 equal parts with a knife and arrange in a serving dish
