Fried white fish persimmon seeds

When battering persimmon seeds, they can burn very easily, so the key is to fry them in low-temperature oil. The persimmon seeds themselves have a soy sauce flavor, so you don't need to add any seasonings.

Uses commercially available persimmon seeds (with peanuts). Separate the persimmon seeds and peanuts, place the persimmon seeds in a plastic bag and crush them to form powder.

Sprinkle the white fish with a thin layer of flour, pass it one by one through beaten eggs, and sprinkle it with the persimmon seed flour from [1].

Place in frying oil heated to 165°C and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Remove onto a net, drain the oil, and place in a bowl. Serve with the peanuts from [1] and it's finished.
