Stir-fried green onions and chikuwa

The trick is to not overcook the green onions so that they retain their texture.

Thinly slice the chikuwa and green onions diagonally

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan, add the chikuwa (fish cake) from [1] and fry over medium heat

Once the aroma of the chikuwa has risen, add the white and green onions from [1]. Add the black pepper and Happo Mibijin

Stir-fry to evaporate the moisture, and when the green onions are lightly cooked, it's done
