Caramel sauce

Combine granulated sugar, cane sugar, and 30cc of water in a pot and heat over medium heat.

As you keep shaking the pot and putting it on the heat, the small bubbles become soft and the colour begins to darken.

The bubbles grow even more, and the colour changes from golden to brown, and the heat is heated until smoke rises.

Add 50cc of water to the smoke that appears and mix well to check how thick it is. If the thickness is low, apply heat to it and increase the thickness.

Once the thickness is as thick as you like, pour the pot over ice water and cool. To prevent it from hardening, stir well and chill it, then add rum with the aroma to finish.
