Shrimp Shinjo wrapped in bread and deep fried

The peeled shrimp are pounded finely with the back of a knife and made into a scrubbing shape.

Add mayonnaise to [1] and mix well. Place the sliced bread in two equal parts and spread it out to make even thickness. Place the splitter and wrap it round and then stop it from the foreground, then use a toothpick to stop the end of the winding.

Place in oil heated to 175°C and fry for about 1-2 minutes, turning it over halfway through. When the fried color comes out, take it out. If you use frozen shrimp, fry it a little longer and cook it completely.

Cut into small pieces and serve in a bowl.
