Mixed sushi with bitter melon and tuna
Use cold rice as mixing ingredients while the rice is hot can cause food poisoning.
How to make it

Cut the bitter melon into about 1mm thick, place in a bowl and mix with sugar to remove any moisture.

Add tuna, chopped slurp, and roughly chopped crunch to the squid-in-dried bitter melon and mix.

Add the cold rice and mix quickly.

Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
