Shrimp nigiri sushi

Wash the shrimp well under running water without peeling off the shell. Put a bamboo skewer into the streaks to remove the back cotton, then insert the bamboo skewer vertically to secure it.

Boil the shrimp from [1] in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Once the shrimp is cooked, remove the bamboo skewer while it is still hot and peel off the shell.

Make a cut into the shrimp's belly with a knife and spread it out in a way that raises its tail.

Shape a small amount of vinegared rice into round shapes with your hands and use the open shrimp from [3] to make nigiri sushi.

Its tail is raised and serves it in a way that the shrimp is bouncing, and then a little wasabi is added to it to finish.
