Prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich
Cut the mozzarella into slices about 6mm thick. Arrange them on a tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and top with a small amount of anchovies
Cut off the stems of the tomatoes and slice into rings about 6mm thick
Use 12 slices of bread. Spread a thin layer of mustard butter on one side of each slice. Place arugula cut into bite-sized pieces on top of two of the slices
Arrange the mozzarella cheese (1) and sliced tomatoes on top of the arugula
Place a small amount of arugula on top of the tomatoes, then spread the prosciutto on top
Place another slice of bread on top, press down with your hands, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve on a plate and you're done
