Prosciutto and mozzarella cheese sandwich

Cut the mozzarella into slices about 6mm thick. Place in a batter, sprinkle salt and pepper, and place small amounts of anchovy.

Cut off the stem part of the tomato and cut into slices of about 6mm thick.

The bread is made from 12 slices. Apply a thin layer of mustard butter on one side of each. Place arugula cut into bite-sized pieces on top of two slices of bread.

Arrange the mozzarella cheese from [1] and sliced tomatoes on top of the arugula.

Place a small amount of arugula on top of the tomatoes and spread the prosciutto while spreading it.

Layer another slice of bread, hold it in with your hands, and cut it into pieces that are easy to eat. Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
