Tuna with egg yolk sauce
Tuna is the main dish that can be made with simple ingredients. Using egg yolks for the sauce gives it a rich flavor.
How to make it

Make fine cuts on the surface of the tuna fillet so that they are at right angles to the fibers.

Add egg yolk, dark soy sauce, and mirin to a bowl and mix, then add the fillets and pickle.

Stick it in a dish and topped with wasabi if desired. Serve with rice and finish.
