Tomato cold noodles
Add all the ingredients for the tomato cold noodle sauce to a bowl and mix
Boil the Chinese noodles, rinse them lightly under running water to remove any slime, then place them in ice water to cool. Adjust the boiling time depending on the thickness of the noodles
Place the Chinese noodles in a bowl and sprinkle with diced tomatoes and peeled and diced cucumber
Top with watercress to taste and serve with the tomato cold noodle sauce
