Mochi pizza
Cut the rice cakes into 1/2 size pieces, then slice them in half the thickness, arrange them on a wire rack and bake in the toaster oven for 5 to 6 minutes
Cut the mozzarella into thin slices about 5mm thick and arrange on a cutting board, then top with a small amount of torn anchovies
Place 1/2 tablespoon each of [2] and the basic tomato sauce on top of the cooked rice cake, and sprinkle with oregano
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and white pepper, then return to the toaster oven and bake for about 3 minutes
Remove from the toaster oven and place on a plate. Top with torn basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil
