Mochi pizza
Cut the rice cakes into 1/2 sizes, then slice them into half thicknesses, arrange them on a net and bake in the toaster oven for about 5-6 minutes.
Slice the mozzarella cheese into thin slices of about 5mm, arrange them on a cutting board, and place them in small portions of torn anchovies.
Top with [2] and 1/2 tablespoon of basic tomato sauce on top of the baked rice cakes, and sprinkle with oregano.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, olive oil and white pepper, place again in the toaster oven and bake for about 3 minutes.
Remove from the toaster oven and serve in a bowl. Topped with topped basil leaves and poured in olive oil to complete the process.
