Lobster miso soup

The lobster is made from the shell part. Split the head and remove the miso inside.

Pour an appropriate amount of kelp soup stock into a pot, add the lobster shell and heat it.

Boil for about 10 minutes, remove the shells, add your favorite miso and melt it.

Place the lobster shells in a bowl and pour miso soup to complete the dish.
