This is a luxurious miso soup that allows you to enjoy the lobster from the lobster. It's a good idea to use the remaining lobster shells you use in other dishes.

How to make it

The lobster is made from the shell part. Split the head and remove the miso inside.

Pour an appropriate amount of kelp soup stock into a pot, add the lobster shell and heat it.

Boil for about 10 minutes, remove the shells, add your favorite miso and melt it.

Place the lobster shells in a bowl and pour miso soup to complete the dish.
