Onion soup
Cut the onion into 1cm cubes
Add olive oil, 1/4 of the butter, and onion to a frying pan, add salt and pepper, and fry slowly over low heat until softened
Blend the roasted onions and milk in a blender for about 1 minute
Transfer 2 to a pot, heat, add heavy cream and 1/4 of the butter and mix
Bring the remaining butter to room temperature, mix well with the flour, add to step 4, and spread until thickened. Finally, add the onions from step 2 and finish by adding salt
