Onion soup

Cut the onion into 1cm cubes.
Add olive oil, 1/4 of the portions of butter and onions in a frying pan, salt and pepper, and slowly fry over low heat until soft.

Pour roasted onion and milk in a blender for about 1 minute.
Transfer 2 to a pot, heat it, add the fresh cream and 1/4 of the portions of butter and mix.

Return the remaining butter to room temperature, mix well with flour, place in 4, and spread it until it thickens. Finally, add onion 2 and add salt to finish off.
